i just can't stop. making lists is life!
so for now on (or at least until i forget) it's FLUKY FRIDAYS here at shedreamsingrids! you could do it too, you know.

1. i don't like writing the number four. i think partly because i can't decide if it should be open, or triangular on top.
2. i am getting more olfactory-obsessed as i get older. the smells of things intoxicate me. or positively make me wretch.
3. choosing the 'right' pen is hot!
4. i never used to like the sun. too bright. too hot. too popular. i was the raingirl. in fact, my nickname was 'rain'. oh those days. now, i get hollyjollyjoyful about it! look at all the possibilities, i think! it must have something to do with having girls that want to playplayplay out there in that jubilant sunshine.
5. i have some superduper radass friends!

I share your indecision about closed vs. open-topped fours.
should we have a vote?
-I prefer closed top but find myself doing open tops frequently.
-I also vacillate between forms of shortcase 'a.'
-I also love the sun, starting this year, after years of hating it. But I still hate that one week in January when it's freaking bright but too cold to play and everything is so dry and my hair has static cling.
-my list is short today
i've always played with my own penmanship. one of my favorite things to do is write out a bunch of things with a friend. both of us writing our numbers, letters, phrases, etc. i'm just so taken with the way people write.
yeah, i never realized the extent to which being outside makes me happy, until i spent a CONSIDERABLE amount of time inside. my girls too. we're just MUCH MUCH happier people with some time spent outdoors. so the sun helps this!
my vote is DEFINITELY for closed, triangular-topped fours. it's much classier. and seeing that i'll be writing the number 4 quite a bit (because it's april), i will hopefully REcommit myself to its finest form.
